吃这些美食 健身壮阳一举两得 西瓜、西红柿、西兰花、核桃和牡蛎5种运动者的超级食品,不但营养丰富,而且富含能够预防疾病、健身壮阳的特别元素,是热爱运动的爱好者不可错过的健康美食。  1. 西瓜  高血压是一种隐蔽性极强的慢性病,会对人体健康造成很大危害。对于男性来说,经常体检和定期测量血压都可以帮助有效预防高血压。西瓜不仅味道甜美,热量低,而且营养丰富。美国佛罗里达大学的学者研究发现,西瓜是地狱前期高血压的天然水果,而前期高血压往往是心血管疾病的先兆。  研究者发现,将从西瓜中提取的两种瓜氨酸和精氨酸制成的药丸,给4男5女组成的51至57岁的9名前期高血压患者服用,每日服用6周时间后,其动脉血管功能得到明显改善,大动脉血压显著降低。  这项研究成果证明西瓜能够抵御心血管疾病,可以避免前期高血压病人恶化为真正的高血压病患者,预防心脏病和中风。研究者认为西瓜中含有的瓜氨酸和左旋精氨酸可以在人体内形成一氧化氮,调节心血管,降低血压。瓜氨酸进入人体就会转化为精氨酸,它们都是氨基酸的一种,但如果直接服食左心精氨酸补剂容易导致反胃、恶心、呕吐、胃肠道不适甚至腹泻,因此,吃西瓜成了更好的选择,病人也能食用,而且西瓜还富含维生素A、B、C、钾元素和番茄红素。微量元素钾也能有效地预防高血压,一片西瓜含有664毫克的钾,远超过一只香蕉的钾含量,而人体每天只需要2000毫克的钾元素已经足够。  美国的《高血压期刊》发表了一项研究报告,一群年轻男性每天服食瓜氨酸胶囊4周后,在寒冷环境中血压升高的几率明显降低,这说明瓜氨酸有助于防止心血管病人在寒冷的冬季突发心肌梗塞的机会。因此,研究者建议高血压和动脉血管硬化的病人,可以多吃西瓜缓解病情,尤其是老人和有II型糖尿病等慢性疾病的患者。  2. 西红柿  西红柿富含番茄红素,这种效力很强的抗氧化剂能保护男性的前列腺健康,降低心血管疾病患病风险,特别适合训练强度较高的男性健身爱好者食用。强度过大的训练有可能造成人体肾上腺素的分泌紊乱,从而引发疾病,番茄红素正好可以起“中和”作用。  西红柿在营养方面还有很多功效,但只有煮熟后再吃才能使其营养价值得到充分消化吸收。西红柿在烘烤后更能使细胞壁破裂,释放出更多番茄红素。《英国营养学期刊》发表的研究报告指出,在番茄上撒些橄榄油,再放入烤箱烘烤至表皮破裂,番茄红素的释放可最大化。番茄红素是脂溶性物质,因此加入橄榄油可以帮助人体更好吸收。  3. 核桃  健身爱好者通常会忽视的其中一种营养元素就是欧米茄-3脂肪酸,女性多摄入该元素可以帮助激素水平正常化;精神压力大、体力消耗大的男性补充它则有助于保护心血管健康及恢复体力。  核桃不仅拥有丰富的欧米茄-3脂肪酸,能降低血中低密度脂蛋白水平,还能令人迅速恢复体力。此外,它还能提供B族维生素、镁、维生素E和蛋白质。在地狱动脉血管疾病的同时,还能助男性防治勃起功能障碍。不过必须注意量的控制,男性每天吃大约20个已经足够。  科研显示,核桃还能帮助人们更好地应对压力和降低血压。研究者进行过为期3个星期的实验,参与者吃掉大量核桃之后,血液中含有大量低密度脂蛋白的人,即使面临压力时血压水平也有显著改善。美国宾西法利亚大学的希拉·韦斯特教授做过另一项测试,让22名接受测试的人进行3分钟公开演讲或者将一只脚浸泡在冷水中,模拟人体面对压力的状态。测试前吃了大量核桃的人,在这种高压环境下的舒缓压力的水平明显较低。  4. 西兰花  与番茄类似,西兰花也有可防治前列腺癌的营养物质——莱菔硫烷。英国食品研究所的理查德·米森教授主持的最新研究显示,每周吃一份或几份西兰花就可以降低得前列腺癌和原位癌扩散的风险。  前列腺癌是西方国家男性非皮肤类癌中最常见的一种,近年来它在中国的发病率也呈上升趋势。英国生物技术与生物科学研究委员会学者曾让存在前列腺癌风险的男性在12个月内除了正常饮食外,每周增加吃400克西兰花或者400克豌豆,并在实验开始时、开始后6个月和12个月后提取其前列腺组织样本进行研究,结果显示,吃西兰花的男性与吃豌豆的男性相比,基因表达方式发生了很多改变,这些变化降低了他们患前列腺癌的可能。  该研究结果显示,饮食中包含相对少量(每周几份)的十字花科蔬菜,能对基因的表达方式产生巨大影响,因为它们能改变细胞的信号通道,使细胞核发生变化。十字花科蔬菜主要包括西兰花、抱子甘蓝、球芽甘蓝、羽衣甘蓝、菜花、洋白菜、芝麻菜、豆瓣菜、萝卜、芥末等。  生西兰花含有大量抗癌物质,例如β胡萝卜素、也还俗和黄酮醇。The latest paper in the American Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry shows that cooked broccoli has higher carotenoid content than raw broccoli.
